SHOW PLACEMENTS:
Jake received a B.I.S.S. (Best In Specialty Show) Brace award with Annie at the Great Dane Club of Canada Western Division Specialty on June 4th 2011. I was very proud of the team that they made and it is a testiment to their excellent temperment to be able to work together.
Jake is being shown on a limited basis as a Special, the photo above is from the Great Dane Club of Canada Western Division Specialty and at 2 years of age he is maturing very nicely.
Jake was awarded the

Jake placed Best of Winners and Best Puppy In Breed on Sunday November 22nd, 2009 and finished with a total of 12 points , under honourable judge John Reeve-Newson.
Jake placed Best of Winners and Best Puppy In Breed on Friday November 20th, 2009 under honourable judge Stephen Dainard for 2 points.
Both placements were at the Lethbridge Kennel Club Show.
Jake placed Best of Breed over 2 specials & Best Puppy in Breed on Sunday November 8th 2009 for 2 points , under honourable judge Judy McVeigh.,
Jake placed Winners Dog on Saturday November 7th, 2009 for another point, under honourable judge Gail Forsythe. Both placements were at the Red Deer Kennel Club Show.
Jake placed Best of Winners, Best of Opposite Sex and Best Puppy in Breed on Saturday October 10th 2009 , under honourable judge John Connolly in Edmonton, Alberta at the Edmonton Kennel Club Show for another 3 points.
Jake placed , Best of Winners over an American Champion and Best Puppy in Breed on Friday August 28th 2009 , under honourable judge Tan OO Hock in Cranbrook, British Columbia at the Cranbrook and District Kennel Club Show for another 2 points.
Jake placed Best Puppy In Breed under honourable judge at the Alberta Kennel Club Show on July 31st, 2009 and again Best Puppy In Breed under honourable judge on August 3rd, 2009
Jake placed 1st in 6-9 month class and Best Puppy in Breed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 10th, 11th and 12th 2009 here in Calgary, Alberta at the Evelyn Kenny Kennel Club Show.
He also went on to Reserve Winners on Friday and Sunday, and Winners Dog on Saturday for his first point at 7 months under honourable judge Adrian Landarte, also at the Evelyn Kenny Kennel Club Show.
Jake entered his first show at the tender age of 6 months and placed 1st in 6-9 month Sweepstakes under judge Everett Van Dyken, and 1st in 6-9 month class under judge Judy Harrington at The Great Dane Club of Canada National held on June 8th, 2009.
Our newest family member Jake arrived from Von Knopf Danes in Ohio, USA March 5th, 2009 at 13 weeks of age.
Jake is a handsome and intelligent boy who has quickly fit in with the rest of his family. We are so enjoying watching him grow! Thankyou Margo Knopf of Von Knopf Danes for entrusting us with your beautiful son!
